Within our system, we carefully assess all claims and establish priorities. Initially, we focus on claims that are nearing their filing deadlines, ensuring timely submission. Subsequently, we systematically address claims based on their age, starting from the oldest. To obtain the status of each claim submitted to the insurance company, we conduct regular follow-ups using various communication channels such as phone, email, and/or online methods. These periodic follow-ups allow us to stay informed about the progress of each claim.
