Subsequently, we systematically address claims based on their age, starting from the oldest. To obtain the status of each claim submitted to the insurance company, we conduct regular follow-ups using various communication channels such as phone, email, and/or online methods. These periodic follow-ups allow us to stay informed about the progress of each claim.
